1. Data Collection & Purpose
We collect information provided directly by you during inquiry submissions, diagnostic forms, and software onboarding. This includes names, business email addresses, contact numbers, company details, and operational descriptions necessary to fulfill our service delivery.
2. Client Data Isolation & Security
We treat all operational data, business financials, and customer contacts as strictly confidential. Client CRM sub-accounts and database records are logically isolated. We enforce TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
3. Third-Party Processors
We partner exclusively with enterprise-grade processors for payments and messaging, including Razorpay, Whop, Stripe, and Meta (WhatsApp Business API). We do not sell, rent, or monetize client data under any circumstances.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Clients may request complete export or permanent deletion of their account records upon written request to solutions@inuio.com. Records are purged from active production systems within 30 days of confirmed termination.
5. Compliance & Jurisdictional Standards
Inuio Solutions operates in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India and international data protection standards applicable to cross-border B2B engagements.
